DaveC, I made a phone call and found out that the Bowtechs did not have the speed modules in.
aeroslinger, I didn't bring the bow home with me, I'm waiting on accessories we ordered and slapped down the cash, but I promise to post pictures when I set it all up...we were shooting bare bone bows.
Greg, I'm not ruling out the Allegiance..trust me, I feel in love with that bow as well and I'd bet you wouldn't be surprised if I had come home with it...in fact, the Trykon I chose was in stock, it doesn't mean I won't change my mind when I get back to the shop or, come home with a second bow....anyone need a '01 Hoyt VorTec?
goldtip46, no speed modules..I'm going to request shooting one with speed modules just to rechrono it and feel it...I'm not ruling out the Allegiance, I loved that bow.
NCYankee, there's no doubt that diehard single cam owners like a Mathews owner usually won't like the draw cycle of the Trykon. That doesn't surprise me...it's two different animals like my friend Kurt, after being used to his Q2, the Tyrkon shocked him and he's buying the Switchback, great choice for him...
buckeyebuckhuntr, thanks for not cheating,

and after talking with Nate, like I said, no speed modules and your findings are right on the mark....and by that I assume you can about 15 fps by adding the speed mods. I'm going to see if I can shoot one with the speed mods..after talking with Nate, he said they order them in without for the hunters and if a 3Der wants them, they'll add them....I wonder if that would have pushed me into the Allegiance, it still might, like I also said, I didn't setup or bring the bow home....I can still change my mind...it was a real battle for me between the Allegiance and the Tyrkon...I spent 3 hours there and most of it was between these two bows..I ruled out the Tribute earlier and kept the Switchback alive just because...I wanted it to impress me more than it did but the Allegiance and Tyrkon were hands down the top two for me.....again, for me....I'm still on the fence when it comes to my choice between these two.
Nubo, I was surprised too, I was trying to convince myself out of a Hoyt...but it was too impressive...again I'm redundant but I absolutely loved the Allegiance.....the Trykon was faster but the Bowtech but they didn't have the speed modules, that would have put them either even or over the top....and it's not a done deal...there's money down but nothing said up yet.....
D Man 1, in this shop they were all pretty equal across the board.
