Dave,
It is a shame. I just want the luxury of picking up the top bow from each company and having the ability to shoot it without hearing, that Mathews is the way to go even before I tell the guy whether I want afishingrod or a bow in my hand.
I asked the guy about longer ATA bows for 3-D and Target, instantly, I found myselfhovering over a Mathews catalog. Nothing against Mathews, but the company isn't for everyone. I would like the opportunity to shoot something like an Old Glory or an Allegiance heck, even an UltraTec or ProTec so I can get the feel of all sorts of bows.
I just want an honestpro shop ownerand an honest report on bows. Straight shooter, like my bow please!!
That is why I am glad Rob got the opportunity to try each bow before he bought one. I respect a pro shop that gives guys the opportunity to do that. Both of the pro shops I go to either don't let you fire a single bow before you buy one. . .
Or
Like I mentioned above, push one brand so hard you are ready to hand the guy a tube of Preparation H for the hemorrhoids he got trying to sellyoua Mathews.
Anyways. . .
Speed or smooth mods?!
