It is only baiting if you are hunting over it. Otherwise it is simply feeding them.
What Iowa is full of corn ??????? The property I hunted was all corn like most of the farms around Osage, You ever been there ??
I was just kiddin cardeer, everywhere you look where i live there is corn fields.
