I use 125. I like heavy front of center and don't worry much about speed of the arrow. I like heavy KE. Distance of shots on elk has never been an issue. All but one of the many bulls that I have taken, have been under 20 yards, with most being in the 10 - 15 yard range. Heavier FOC and more helicle or offsetwill generally give you a more forgiving setup.Good luck
