I was not sure just how much "getting back into muzzleloading" DYMOND was going to do. So I wanted to give him a local shop contact for BP as well in case he only wanted or could afford a pound or so.
The Swiss is great powder isn't it? The next time you order from Powder Inc, you might want to try a lb or two of KIK. I think you will like it, with performance close to Swiss at a cheaper price than Goex.
Swiss is exceptional powder. I've never shot KIK. Perhaps I'll give it a try as I'll be ordering powder later this year.
Can you elaborate as to being "close to swiss"? How close? What granulation?
SwissBlack Powder although spendy, has the best characteristicsI've found among traditional BP for:consistancy, ignition, velocity, power, cleanliness and accuracy.
