To be honest with you I think the difference is in the bows is component developments. I say this because the hoyts get all the new trick stuff but the reflex have the tried and true components. I have a buckskin and wouldn't trade it for anything. It is fast and accurate. I really like the short axle to axle lengths. Are you going to be using it in a stand? Make sure to check the lengths. I think any of the reflexs are great bows I just oppted for the buckskin. Good luck on your choice. My buckskin shoot arrows super fast and with little or no recoil, put some alpha shox and string leeches and your set.
