that's so sad....wish they would have told the type of treestand it was but i guess realistically it wouldn't really matter.....hopefully this post will save at least one life....i've had a couple close calls but thankfully i always use my harness....most importantly while climbing up and down....and as someone else stated: make sure your top and bottom pieces are tied together.
