"per the state biolgest" and for crop dammage. i could just go and get a crop dammage permit. "and shot them any time" but i dicided to try to do it during huntig seasion insted. i thik it is more ethical "for me" to do the killig in huting seasion insted of cd. --------------------------now that being said i do see your point but before ethics can be brought in on # of killed deer you need to look at other possible reasions insted of just a high kill #
