You can get much better quality than the 710.

Some say well it's for guys who only shoot a box a year. It still is junk compared to Savage rifles and Winchester Black shadow rifles in the same price range. Why buy the crap just because you only shoot a little each year?? That makes no sense to me! And if you get the bolt polished then your defeating the purpose of buying a cheap rifle in the first place. I don't think the bolt would get smoother anyway with a plastic liner in the receiver.
