Are you hunting bow or gun? Do the tracks indicate a mature buck? How many others hunt this land?

Without the above answers, I'd start by hunting downwind but in range of the rubline. Only huntthe stand when the wind is right. Hopefully, thats on the timbered side. A trail cam might help determine if the scrapes are being made in the day or nocturnally. Stay away from thye suspected bedding area till you get a better pattern on him.
