Hey DD, I believe I would hunt the powerline itself if I could get up high enough to see down in it. Because no matter wich way those scrapes are running at some point either him or another buck should be seen crossing the powerline cruising for does, or you may even see one chasing or following a doe. Just my thoughts, good luck!
