If you are just going to keep a rabbit pelt then you're going to want to case him. Hang him up by his back legs and cut around his ankles. Then cut across to the other leg. Thencarefully pull the pelt down towards his nose cutting away the membrane that holds the pelt to the body. Be careful when you get to the ears and eyes to cut close to the skull. Pull the pelt of the end of the nose and you are ready to flesh and tan.
