Here is my thought, If you are going to shoot it traditionally - round ball conicals - go with the 54 for sure... If you are going to shoot sabots, if they are legal where you are hunting then go with the 50 - many more options available.

When you get it, I really hope you enjoy shooting a ML as much as a lot of the rest of us do, weather you choose to real BP, a Sub and what ever projectile you choose.
