I had the same problem so I started using the chemical warmers(hothands). I put the warmers in between my base layer and wool socks. The reason your feet won't sweat with these is once your boots are on they pretty much quit gettinghotter. They just stay warm because they aren't introduced to fresh air or they are notbeing shook up. They helped me a lot.
