I have found that it does not matter where your anchor point is at. As long as it is somewhere where you arerelaxed and you can get it in the same exact spot everytime. A lot of the shooters I shoot with in IBO and NAA use their nose as an anchor but I usemy one knuckle to the jawbone (backtension release) when I'm shooting.
