If I recall you are employed by BowTech? I hope you can tell the boss about my experience. I live near Salem Oregon if that gives you a clue about the store I bought it from (another reason for buying a BT, I support the companies in my home state as much as possible). I don't like to bad mouth anything or anyone. I guess I just needed to vent about my experience to people who would relate to it. Thanks for your response. You were right on it.

Darn, since this is an edit I can't see the other messages to respond to them but I would like to take the person that offered the grip up on their offer. I sort of tricked out my broken one but would like to have another unbroken one just in case. You guys are great thanks again for your responses.
