Default RE: 35 Whelen rifleing twist.

Bigbulls,

i built a 700 Rem with a Douglas tube in 35 Whelen AI last winter... i really want to tell you that i went with a 1 in 10 twist rate @ 24 inches OAL. it'll shoot honestly, 225 grain BT's into nearly a .4 ish group @ 100... 5 rounds and you can barely believe that multiple bullets went through the hole... i cannot believe it, seriously, i thought i was shooting off the paper at first... it'll shoot 250 grain partitions and Hornady interlocks off the bags at about .75". i have not tried a lighter bullet so see if i am spinning it too fast or a heavier bullet either...
