I am still trying to make some decisions about these Gold Dots, especially the 300 grain HP Casual. With a BC of .233 for a less expensive factory bullet they show very good ballistics. This is the last weekend of ML season for us, what ever (almost) whitetail crosses the muzzle will be my big game test. I shot them at a bunch of targets with the Hawken and I hold really decent groups for an old man. I just do not what they are going to do on big game.
