Default RE: Deer Eating Acorns(delaware)

lemond, I have best luck hunting oaks in the afternoon. The deer stage there before moving onto other food sources (e.g. fields). I have best luck hunting white oaks. The bark is light grey and shaggy farther up the tree trunk. The acorns are about an inch long and oval. They eat 'em green or brown. They are really falling lately with all the wind. Good luck!
