is the meat ok off of the buck i took on wednesday. My shot exited through the stomach because it was a quartering to shot and when i butchered it tonight the meat had a faint smell of deer stomach. I cut out all of the meat in the insides of the hind quarters that was discolored or dirty. I was just wondering if this meat is still ok.
