I have been hearing how this "magic" bullet/caliber combo is perfect for open country whitetails. I just got through ordering a couple of boxes of these babies from cabelas and am looking forward to putting some through my A-Bolt. My 25-06 has taken whitetails from point blank range all the way out to....too danged far with hornady custom 117 gr boattails,and I have been pretty happy. But, from what I understand, nosler partitions are noted for penetration and knock down characteristics. As long as I can get acceptable accuracy with the nosler partitions, it is a switch that I am going to make. I would like to hear some opinions from those in the know.
