It would all depend on just how fast they were running I would guess. I very rarely shoot at a running deer, although is has happened in the past. My guess is that if they were flat out hauling, I would aim about 4-5 inches in front of them at 50 yards. That's of course just a guess and each situation varies quite a lot.
