in Fl. we have deer hit every day and they are shot by most anyone with a weapon if need be with the blessing of the wardens.

the road I live on is only 4 miles long and we have 2 , sometimes3 a week hit and we just finish them and load them to skin,the wardens will even help load them.

it is also aginast the law to shoot across or over a hwy. but they overlook it in the case of dispatching an animal.

I just hope this guy gets the chance to tell his story to the judge,and the man that hit the deer will be with him also.
some wardens are just gun ho and want listen to reason.
