This guy however well intentioned,wins the Big Time Red Neck Bone Head of the year award for 1st and foremost discharging a Fire Arm on public road way loaded weapon on public roadway or discharge too close to roadway or maybe to close to residential area etc..blah..blah..

That DEC officer hit a Grand Slam Home Run with that citation(s),probably got promoted and had the biggest laugh of the year from the guys complete Dumbness,to put it mildly.This guy needs a lawyer big time!
