Its called "Hermaphrodite" (sp). Hormones are all screwed up to varyious degrees. Its a natural occurance in most species. These horned does will usually have velvet on the antlers into early winter. It even occurs in about 1:10,000 humans.

Every year hermaphrodite deer are harvested all over the country, and it has the same reaction each year.
