No, it can happen. A guy in Central IL killed a doe a few years back that had (I believe) 12 points. Very famous deer around here anyway. I used to hunt waterfowl on his farm and have seen the mount. I guess it was in several deer hunting magazines, but I didn't pay too much attention to it because I didn't deer hunt at the time. It's a freak of nature, but is possible.
