RE: Franchi AL 48 20 ga
I have a 20 gauge with an English stock and 23" barrel. It's really light to carry while chasing wild runnin' bobs in big country, but it's not my favorite gun. I swear I can tell the barrel is recoiling and it bothers me some.
I've owned a bunch of Franchis over the years and still have 3. I have not had any mechanical problems with any of them. I have a dozen or more shotguns and obviously don't shoot them all a lot. While I do like the little 48 Al, it spends more time in the safe than in the truck.
What were you intending to do with it and what configuration?
