Its sad, that so many hunters have gone for this baiting. I could care less if someone has an advantage or uses an inline or a sidelock, or another guy has a crossbow or 80% letoff, or one guy wants to use a 300RUM or 22-250 to hunt deer. Too many people are insecure and can't keep thier eye on thier own gear.

But baiting has a direct effect on deer for us all. So does drives. I believe baiting concentrated like they do really has promoted CWD and others. I don't know if it would have stopped the spread, but I bet it would have slowed it down.

It does make people slob hunters. I know guys who hunt the same stand everyyear. They just sit there. They dont' go out and look for scrapes or rubs, don't go out and hunt the animals. They count on other hunters stirring up the deer.

But its legal here in MD. So what does one do. I know I am usually more successful than most bait hunters. Must say something.
