Default Too lite for hogs?

I might be going to Tenn. this January to hunt pigs and I was wondering if my 48# curve would get the trick done. Im planning on assembling some arrows in the 500 grainarea (weight tubes in carbons). I'll be shooting 125 grain2-Blade Magnus'. Is this on the light side? Im more than a bit worried about that plate of muscle and gristle Ive heard so much about on thier side...can I do it?

Aside from my gear, is it too early for me to go after hogs after killing my first deer with a trad bow just 8 days ago?
