It's been warm in SE Michigan and I didn't see anything on the first two day's of the season. Temps were in the mid 80's with warm nights in the mid to upper 60's, humid and strong winds out of the south. But my oldest son was hunting aprox 8 miles from me and shot a 7 pt on opening night and saw deer just about every night where he was at. So you never know one day to the next what can happen.
