I hunt where the deer are feeding, inbetween beding & feeding areas, travel routes, etc.

This may go against tradtitional wisdom & whitetail hunting strategies but I never use deer scents. The only thing I do use is scent killer spray. I have increased my deer sightings & harvest by not using scents. I have found that for me that it is best not to do anything out of the normal by using scents.

I do use deer calls and have great luck using grunt & bleat calls at certain times of the year. Deer calling can & does work when the conditions are right.

I have found that it is better to just blend in & not use anything not out in the woods when I get there. I have found this works for me & I do not encourage everyone to do what I do.....it just works for me. If you want to try something new try what I do, it may or may not work for you.
