RE: 762 woodsmaster 30-06
I had one in 30'06 I had bought new in the mid 70's. It shot OK, usually under 2" at 100. It would jam from time to time but usually it was if it was not well cleaned and the excess oil wiped off. Two of the longest kills I've had were with that gun, one at 215 yards the other at 200 yards, less than 1 minute separating the two shots. Both 1 shot kills and only one got up and ran, but only 20 yards.
I would clean it up good, sight it in and go hunting with it.
