Where in SC are you located?

I am in your shoes right now. I have been hunting a certian deer that I have pics of, all year. He is coming into my stand and freshening up scrapes and making new rubs almost daily, but I can't seem to get him to come in during shooting hours.

I have seen around 20-25 does on it this year (some I am sure have been repeats). Maybe I need to shoot some of them to make the buck move around more to find a receptive doe. I don't know. Its wearing me thin though.

I have had good luck with making mock scrapes in the past. Maybe you should try this. Just buy you a good quality buck scent and make a mock scrape a couple feet or yards from one that he is using on a regular basis. I would also try throwing a little bit of doe urine in it too. If you can, shoota smaller buck and a doe and get their bladders. Its the best and you don't have to pay $10+ and oz for it.
