RE: Pursuit LT Ramrod Question
Just bought my son the same gun and foung the same problem. What I told him was to leave the jag reversed and then just keep it beside him in the stand. That may not be the most efficient way but at least I know he's not going to shoot it off. I was sighting it in today with him and found out another cool thing. I've been shooting a tradition's deerhunter muzzle loader for 18 years (real old school but it has racked up alot of kills so just can't convince myself to go inline. some habbits die hard). It, like the LT has a 1:28 twist so I thought I would try the 240 grain mini balls that I make for my deerhunter. Believe it or not much tighter groups than using sabots!!!!!! Very pleased for my son can shoot lots at very little cost. Give it a try. Best of luck with the new LT.
