Thanks ALL for the replys. I forgot I also shot a 44 Magnum Marlin.Does that sound right?44 Magnum rifle? Anyway ..we had a rough time with groups on that rifle. We wore one of those 1" recoil pad harnesses and still,neither one of us liked shooting the 30-06. Serious kick. He also had 3 different types of rounds for the 44 magnum pistol. There was one box of rounds he wouldn't shoot. He made me.

Serious blast. You could feel the jolt half way up your forearm.LOL Sweet gun ...Big Country ,I must say I was getting somewhat covetous as I really was hoping he would sell me the gun. No flaws ...pure black..pure Smith and Wesson. Light as a feather.
