NYS only issues carry conceal style permits, often times with restrictions, like hunting, target etc.... if yours says no restrictions I believe thats as good as it gets!!My neighbor had one with out restrictions, he was afraid to get another pistol fearing the clerk would type Hunting/Target on his when they were adding the new gun.
