I would have to agree with Triple Se7en on his recommendations. The NEF Sidekick is a low priced but an excellent quality rifle. If you like them in Stainless Steel then look here...

As for a CVA product. I used to be a person that never talked them down. I just can not in good conscience anymore recommend a BPI product to someone. In case some of you are not aware, it was reported on a different forum that a CVA Kodiak, NIB failed. There has just been too many of these rifle barrels failing as of late (actually one is too many). Granted I have no information on what the load was or the circumstances of this. All I gather from the posting was it was loaded with an approved manufacturer's load.
If you want an inline rifle, stick with Thompson Center, Knight, NEF, White, Savage or A&H I believe. These are all tested rifles. My intention is not to start some big arguement. If you shoot a BPI product and are happy with it, fine. I own them also. Just know your rifle and your load.
