RE: Ceramic Bladed knives worth the cost?
I have used a few in the kitchen. You Cannot re-sharpen them they must be sent back to the factory...which wasn't the problem as they will stay sharp for years.
The problem is durability...they break easily. If dropped, the blades shatter like, well...like ceramic.
I guess it depends on the usage. I wouldn't suggest using it on or near any bones, but they are incredibly sharp and stay sharp for a long time. Good luck
