I don't think anyone hates them such that they would take careless shots, but I would take a shot on them if presented.

Have you ever seen fawn mortality rates due to 'yotes? Its high, of course that helps keep deer populations in balance.

But they also get rabbits, turkeys, etc. I feel that if I can get a coyote, then I save some turkeys, which will help me get some turkeys during season. Seems selfish, eh? Kind of like rubbing out the competition?
