first I would get a 12' 4"x4" pressure treated post,set it in the ground3' and pour one bag of post crete around it with one 5 gal. bucket of water.let set for a few days.,put a 6' 4x4 on top with brace. then put a boat wench with a pully wheel at the corner top and one on the end of the 6' one. run the cable up the post through the wheel and out to the end and down through another wheel down to the feeder drum.that will stop the legs from bending. then get a roll of 48" redtop hog wire(a roll is 320'.) put a 75' to 80' square around the feeder.
The deer will easily jump into the pen and the cows can't get in.
