LOL. <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle> Yes, they are, but when you apply heat to epoxy it is no longer &quot;permanent&quot; either and will break away similar to hot-melt, tho a little tougher. I've used hot melt in the past on carbons but found the epoxy to be much tougher and dependable. I like to build my arrows rugged, I do not worry about &quot;what if's&quot; with them. If they ever do need assistance, even with the epoxy it will be a simple fix. Good shooting, P12
