They arn't considered game animals here in Pa. Therefore there is no closed season on them. the only ones that are here are the ones that escaped from the hunting preserves.
To the best of my knowledge that is right on the money. They have escaped and are legal to shoot year round...assuming you have permission to hunt the property they are on.
