Hunting (as long as it is within the law) is largly a personal choice and so is a trophy. I had my son with me Saturday afternoon and could of shot a doe at about 20 yards but it had a fawn with it. I told him it would of been okay to shoot it but since it had the fawn we'll wait. I wouldn't chastise anyone else for shooting it. In fact, my very first bow kill was a doe that had a fawn. Its just my personal choice. I think the real trophy isn't the rack that hangs on the wall but the whole hunting experience from the preparation to the harvest to the tall tales years afterwards!
