I don't think a dead decaying deer will run all the deer off of your property, for starters. Coyotes will find it soon and clean it up, if there are any around.
I agree with the others, tell the warden about the situation. Stay off of thier property, at least until you get permission in writing. Otherwise, what's to stop them from catching you on thier property, and them turning you in! And there you are,, stuck with, "Honest officer, they told me I could hunt over here, honest!"
