there will never be as many mature bucks as does and there will always be a limited number of bucks in a given area.
I never said there would be........I said if there were numerous bigger bucks.........which is EXACTLY what passing and QDM strives for.
if you think having a couple more mature bucks on a few hundred acres suddenly makes them easy to hunt, you are mistaken.
Never said that either.............so far you are 0 for 2
i take an active approach of going after the deer with scouting rather than simply passively sitting in a stand hoping its my lucky day.
So do I.........and mostly everyone else here.........What is your point??
being able to pattern a specific mature buck's movements and be in the right place is very difficult regardless of the number of mature bucks.
That is something you won't have to worry about if you can get their numbers up..........TXHighrack even said already........it is no challenge for him to kill a "mature" buck at his place. Why not?? (Here is a hint......because there are so many of them there

)
you are also ignoring the fact that killing a buck in an area with only ten 1 1/2 year old bucks is far easier than killing a buck in an area with only ten 4 1/2 year old bucks.
You are ignoring the fact that killing ANY buck is far easier if there are 10 of them vs if there is only 1
