RE: 130 grain Corlokts
James I have used the 270 with 130gr bullets on our "large grain fed critters" and they always did the job. I never used the corelokt ammo as never could get it to shoot but had good resultswith the Hornady 130gr Interlockfor an over the counter shell. Now I use handloaded 130 NBT's when I take my 270, equally always been pleased with this choice. Any way like anything you'll have to shoot but the 130's will get her done.
I always sightedmy 130's +3" @100 for the flat land mulie or antelope hunts..this way out to 300 I just let her fly. If your think 150-225 yards is mostly likely the range you'll see +1.5" range @100 should put you about close to 200 yard zero. Not sure why I told you this as I know you have many hunts and caliber experiences under you belt[&:]. You know what to do, sofind the best bullet for the new rifle and go get you some of that"grain fed" meat!
