So if things were to change and there were numerous mature bucks just like the does then you would have increased opportunity to kill one also right??

there will never be as many mature bucks as does and there will always be a limited number of bucks in a given area. if you think having a couple more mature bucks on a few hundred acres suddenly makes them easy to hunt, you are mistaken.
i take an active approach of going after the deer with scouting rather than simply passively sitting in a stand hoping its my lucky day. being able to pattern a specific mature buck's movements and be in the right place is very difficult regardless of the number of mature bucks.
you are also ignoring the fact that killing a buck in an area with only ten 1 1/2 year old bucks is far easier than killing a buck in an area with only ten 4 1/2 year old bucks.
