Encoreman - Thanks so much for responding. Archery season opens Oct 15 here in NYS so I will have very little time to experiment with some of the loads we'ver been kickin' around on this sight lately. However, the 28 guage wad thing is definitely something I want to try.

Best of luck to you during the upcoming archery season. You folks have some big ones in Illinois I hear...to put it mildly!
