IMO if you have to ask then you shouldn't shoot it. I'm not going to tell you it's okay to shoot an immature deer even though it's legal. Your neighbors should only have so many tags so the more young bucks you let go only increases the odds of some making it to the next year. I think if you stick to your guns (bow in this case) and when you finally see that one...and you'll know "the one" and you take him you will be 100 x's more proud of him than otherwise. And furthermore, "the one" could be living miles from where you are hunting right now but during the rut will be at your back door...you never know.
