Excellent post. Thank you. Must be quite exciting. Congratson getting the youngins out. I'm curious what the edible part of the gator is? And how much meat from that (nearly) 9 footer? How do you prepare/cook it? What's it taste like - I mean compared to fish/fowl/animal? gg
